Jessica Kuchan

Of counsel

Jessica Kuchan joined Mentor Law Group as an associate attorney in 2007 and became a partner in 2016. Jessica assists her clients with acquisition, transfer and adjudication of water rights, water mitigation, water banking, land use issues, NEPA, SEPA, local, state and federal permitting requirements and compliance. Jessica primarily represents clients based in Washington State, on either side of the Cascades. Prior to law school, Jessica was an environmental scientist with the King County Department of Natural Resources researching the effects of water quality on fresh water mussels, macroinvertebrates and salmon, as well as aiding the review of best available science. Jessica has been featured as a speaker at conferences on the topics of Water Rights Transfers, Water Banking and Mitigation, and Wine Law.
