Frances Zars

Associate

Frances Zars joined Mentor Law Group as a summer clerk in 2018 and became an associate in 2019. Frances advises her clients on land use issues, water banking, water mitigation, water right matters including acquisition, transfer, and adjudication, and Indian law. During her second year of law school Frances joined the Seattle Journal of Environmental Law as an associate editor. Frances was elected as the Journal’s Editor in Chief for her last year of law school.
