Joe Mentor concentrates his practice in areas of water resources, land use, and natural resource development. Joe works with private sector businesses, public agencies, and Indian Tribes to achieve their legislative, policy, business and environmental compliance objectives. Joe also advises private and public sector clients on funding issues and water related legislation before the Washington State Legislature.
